Day 13 - Kenpo X
I love the Kenpo X workout. It's different from anything I've been doing in the past, although I did try Tae-Bo a long time ago and there's a lot of similarity to that. The workout is fun and fast and really seems to do the trick. It's not as heavy and body-destroying as plyometrics, but you can still tell it's working. One of the things I find amusing about this one is that as the cool-down is coming to a close, Tony rolls up from a hamstring stretch and says "a bead of sweat comes down my nose." What's funny and kinda cool is that as he says it, a bead of sweat drops down my forehead and rolls down the bridge of my nose. Since I was a day behind because of work and class, I will be missing the X Stretch video tomorrow. One day....
