Day 20 - Kenpo X

I woke up early on a Sunday morning and blasted this out with 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode in my system. What else can I say but this is my favorite workout. Maybe I'm a closet Tae-Bo fan. I think I tried Tae-Bo years ago with Steph, but I can't remember why we stopped doing it. This ends my first strength training phase. The coming week is all cardio and stretch. That should be quite interesting. I'm probably going to feel very strange doing no strength training. Since I've been bodybuilding, I've never had a workout week with only cardio. The rest week for BRE had you do 2 full body workouts - one on Monday and one on Thursday.

The only thing I'm afraid of for this week is that damned Yoga X workout, which shows up twice! Argh! The thing that excites me about this week is no Ab Ripper X. Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou.
